A proposed renovation to an existing 8-unit condominium overlooking the Ohio River.

Keller House - Cincinnati, Ohio 2002
An addition and set of modifications to an existing bungalow. The project features copper-clad additions and custom cast concrete. Work constructed by architect.

Media Bridges - Cincinnati, Ohio 2001
A new 8,000 sf media arts and public access education facility located in an existing historic building in Over-the-Rhine. The project features custom-designed cast concrete work and furniture by architect.

New 10,000 sf drive-through branch bank facility and office building.

Creech / Zeisler Residence - Cincinnati, Ohio 1997
Additions and alterations to an existing historic residence in OTR, featuring a new dining room, study, and rear porch and stair. The entire project was designed and constructed by VOX.

Middfest Exhibition Pavillion - Middletown, Ohio 1996
A temporary building for the exhibition of architectural work at the annual international festival. The building was designed to be disassembled and reassembled at a later date and was designed and constructed by VOX.

Jose Garcia and Terry Boling, designers. A 35,000 sf renovation and addition to an existing concrete frame historic building in Over-theRhine for a video production company. The building features custom steel and glass walls that containg the electric, data and HVAC distribution systems.

Invited lecturer for "Saturating your marketing with your brand identity". Media Bridges Cincinnati was presented as an example of how architecture can be utilized for branding.

Led student volunteers in the design and construction of installations for the C.A.C. premiere opening. Exhibition sign and felt accoustical walls were built by students.

Led students in a collaborative design/build project by Slovenian Artist Marjetica Potrc. Project was featured in the premiere exhibition at the new C.A.C.Also arranged a lecture and workshop by Marjetica Potrc at the University of Cincinnati.

Led students in a seminar on wayfinding for the new C.A.C. project. Students were able to work directly with the director and curators of the museum to investigate the relationship between architecture and signage.

Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals
Led a group of 25 student volunteers for 4 weeks in the design and construction of 6 doghouses that were auctioned off at the SPCA annual fundraiser. The doghouses sold for more than $2,000.
